The following are a few exercises can be done by everybody who are in reasonable good health regardless of your age:
- Stand with your feet together in-front of an open window (first thing in the morning) breathe in through your nose while you raise your heels (count to 4 while doing this) breathe out through your mouth while you lower your heels (counting to 4 as before) - Repeat this 8 times.
- Stand as described in 1, in front of an open window. Breathe in deeply while raising your arms sideways (counting to 4), breathe out through your mouth while lowering your arms (count to 4) - Repeat 8 times
That sound really good, I do that sometimes, but not 8 times xD
