Drifting away from what I usually post...

For those of us who spend a fortune on membership of Gym Clubs, I have some good news, you do not need a gym to keep yourself in good condition. There are so many simple activities exercises that you can do in the privacy of your own homes, your bedroom can become your own personal gym.

The following are a few exercises can be done by everybody who are in reasonable good health regardless of your age:

  1. Stand with your feet together in-front of an open window (first thing in the morning) breathe in through your nose while you raise your heels (count to 4 while doing this) breathe out through your mouth while you lower your heels (counting to 4 as before) - Repeat this 8 times.
  2. Stand as described in 1, in front of an open window. Breathe in deeply while raising your arms sideways (counting to 4), breathe out through your mouth while lowering your arms (count to 4) - Repeat 8 times
These two exercises help to replace the stale air in the lungs with fresh air and raises the oxygen level of the blood.
